Who is Marit Grotenhuis?

Welcome to my MP Bourgogne website. Let me introduce myself, my name is Marit Grotenhuis, born and raised in Gouda, Holland. In 2008, my great adventure in France began, when I emigrated here to manage a campsite in several places of France. After 11 interesting, challenging, fun-filled years, I felt it was time for a change, but I also knew I wanted to do something that would keep me in touch with people every day, give them advice and help, and which included my passion for real estate and interiors. 

I moved to Burgundy, took an interior design course, and then spent more than six months training and working with a real estate agency to build up my knowledge and skills in those areas. I hit upon the idea that I could combine those experiences, my fluency in English, French and Dutch, and my association with this region into a business helping people find their dream home, right here in Burgundy.
